Some of the best beddings you will see are found in hotels. A queen comforter you may have encountered during a recent visit to a resort may be exactly what you have been looking for, but have been unable to locate in your regular retail store. It is also no wonder that you would find the silk blanket you want in a hotel rather than in a home depot. A hotel bedding collection set is really not that distant an option for you, and you do not need to be in a hotel to enjoy it.

Some sets you will find are itchy, difficult to wash, and won’t wear well or last long. So if you plan on spending a good amount of money on a new comforter set for your bed, take the time to know what to look for and where to find the perfect one for your bedroom.
Is it possible to take a full sized bedding set (comforter, fitted & regular sheet) & alter it to fit a twin?
Tuesday, August 24th, 2010I’ve been looking for the “perfect” bed-in-a-bag set. I’ve found it. I’ve searched & searched & can only find it in a Full size or larger, no twins sizes
( . I have a friend who told me it was possible to get the full sized set & have someone who knows how to sew (obviously I don’t) do alterations to bring it down to actually fit a twin size. (someone else suggested I “tuck” it in, but that would be too bulky). I’ve never saw this done before, so I wanted to ask people who were experts when it comes to sewing & let me know if this would be possible. Thanks!
